“From sake box: This was an enjoyable sake and finished it cold instead of waiting to warm up. The main flavors I noticed were apple and pear notes with a delicious cream finish as stated on the card. It paired well with my food and didn't compete with the sushi I paired it with, which was great.”
“I found this sake to be light and refreshing chilled, something I could see being enjoyed on a summer afternoon at the beach or by the pool. Though, to me it was a little one note and this simplicity in flavor, while some may enjoy it, is why I cannot give it a full five stars.”
