“I really enjoyed this one. It's very easy to drink, but also interesting. I would imagine it would be great with food, though I drank it alone. I would definitely get this one again.”

“Last time we had “Hiyaoroshi” was 2013 when we went to Japan in October. Sake brewed in spring was matured in cold temperature and only available in fall. Until now the only way to have “Hiyaoroshi” or “Akiagari” was by going to Japan in fall. But thanks to Tippsy sake Hiyaoroshi came to us this fall. This sake was great. Rather dry but complex flavors and some fruitiness. Thank you Tippsy to bring “Hiyaoroshi” sake to US!”
