Wakatake “Onikoroshi” Junmai Daiginjo Reviews

4.9 Rating 35 Reviews
For a Daiginjo, this sake has a medium toward rich taste, with sweet first-taste, and slightly richer and dense finish, then very minor bitter after-taste. I had it cold, which makes it perfect. Do not have it over ice, if you have a sake bottle with ice chamber, use it, or you can just put the bottle into fridge. But do not over-chill it.

Bless you. Wakatake “Onikoroshi” Junmai Daiginjo "Demon slayer" is the most delicious sake I have ever had. Everything is available locally is either rice or plum. This dry rich subtle brew is made with melon. I have not tasted it in 10 years and you were the only place that I trusted to give a try. Hugs, kisses, bows & most importantly KANPAI!
