“I found this to be a lovely and versatile sake to pair with food. At colder temps this sake has more of a melon and other tropical fruit forward taste, but as it warms up there are other nut notes that shine through.”

“It has a nice aroma. While its SMV is +5.5 and Acidity is 1.2, I did not find it dry or light enough, though my wife found it a bit too try. We both agreed, however, that it tasted great when it was served hot.”
