“When I first opened this sake it was on a warm afternoon which made it perfectly refreshing at that moment. It was also delicious with sushi and a light meal which helped tone down the sweetness of the sake and compliment the food. The nose has hints of melon, cherry, and a rice/grain note. There is also a creaminess/lactic character that starts on the nose and shows up more prominently on the palate. A very nice spring/summer drink.”
