“I enjoyed this sake chilled after a long day. Notes of grape, banana, and peach are paired with umami notes that run throughout. These combinations of flavors allowed me to enjoy this brew on its own or along with a more demanding dish.”
“One of our favorites and we get so excited when it becomes available! The effervescence is so lovely and invites you to take sip after sip! The lovely juicy melon, apple, and stone fruit notes are so fresh. There is just enough citrus to keep it balanced and it still manages to finish a bit crisp. This is a DO NOT MISS sake !”
“I would start with Wow! An amazing seasonal sake, the kind that you have to act quickly to get before it is sold out. The start is an light effervesence, not quite a sparking sake but it lets you know it is fresh. In another hour, that will probably disappear. From there nice fruit notes of rich apple or pear and bit of melon. I had to write this review immediately after opening the bottle to make sure I could share the experience.
