“A very excellent shiboritate, fresh spring sake definitely describes the experience and fits well to the warming days. Green apple on the nose followed up by a somewhat dry acidic taste with a light effervescent mouthfeel. A bit of sweetness comes in but finishes overall very smooth and quite dry. Makes you want more.”
