“When I saw that Tippsy had begun offering some Tamagawa brews I knew I had to pick this bottle up. I just started exploring Tamagawa this year, but I am amazed with their sake -- and this is no exception. When having this sake chilled there are notes of rice, orange, and sweetness. When you put this sake over ice it transforms into something different, with more powdered sugar coming across. And yet again, if you warm this sake you start to really pull out the umami from the brew. What a fun sake to play around with, and perfect for a clean sip over ice on a hot summer day.”
