Moderate to strong banana ester to the nose. Color is fairly yellow, showing its age. Dense mouthfeel as soon as it hits your tongue. A brief moment of cream-like heaviness until it traverses towards the back of your tongue and begins to dissipate. Then, the strong acidity emerges, leaving the tongue feeling slightly effervescent.
An interesting sake but not as balanced as I'd like. I'm glad I tried it but I wouldn't buy it again.”
