“Delightful sake that really brings mineral and floral notes to the nose and palate. It's a bit of a one-trick pony though, and by the end of the bottle you're ready for a different one. We made the experience last a little longer by serving in ochoko first and then in a masu box. The cedar box adds a little more depth and character to keep it drinkable longer. We served chilled and with chicken karaage - I would probably pair with something lighter next time.”
