“I am not sure if it has just been a while since I have had a fruitier style sake or it is the summer heat, but this was really refreshing and easy to drink chilled. Yes, it is on the sweeter side, but I still think this sake would be a popular choice to share. In comparison to the black version, I preferred this one as I felt it was more flavorful and it hit the right notes for me. I look forward to trying the other bottles from this brand.”

Definitely sweet and round flavor. I had it with some leftover street tacos (beef, chorizo and al pastor). All quite good with the salsa verde acid. Who knew.”
