This sake starts with a refreshing and light, almost water like, first sip that then leads to a crisp dryness paired with just the right amount of sweetness. If you have trouble describing what sake tastes like, this is a good example to point toward. I have enjoyed a few different sake from Hakkaisan and recommend trying their other offerings too, as they produce good, solid quality sake at a reasonable price point.”
