Aromatic and mellow with fruity undertones. Very clean taste.

Pretty good at the price point. We'll worth it. Nice body, bit on the sweet side.

Delicious! I really enjoyed this sake. It was crisp and had just the right sweetness for me. It is hard to describe how it had a light yet rich mouthfeel. I did not get much of the mineral taste, but was able to pick out the floral and fruit notes. In my opinion, this is clearly a step up from No. 14.

Very dry but not as light as I would have liked for it to be. It was a bit sweeter and heavier tasting than what I was hoping for. I usually really like sake with that "mineral" tasting note.

Out of all the new Sakari sake varieties, the No. 13 is the most balanced. It has a calm, watery-sweet flavor with subtle notes of apple and grape, but not at all overpowering. It's a great accompaniment to desserts such as ice cream or parfait, since it serves to supplement the sweetness of foods, and not as its own sweetness. It's very drinkable, doesn't lose flavor, and offers a pleasant floral aftertaste. As a mid-range priced sake, and in its own right, I highly recommend it. Great work on this one, Sakari.
