“After trying a couple of different nigori, this one is what I was expecting them to taste like, sweet and creamy. I really enjoyed it. As it was recommended and I would generally never considered drinking sake over ice, I gave it a try. It held up well and while I still prefer it chilled and on its own, it was something I am glad I tried. A last note, it did seem to have a stronger alcohol presence, which was definitely cut by the ice, but I could see some having issue with that or decide to use it as a mixer in a sake based cocktail. Overall, if you are trying different nigori, this one should be on your list and I can easily recommend it as it is delicious and also a great value.”
