“This finishes my trip up the Sakari line, excluding their yuzu offering. I guess I was expecting each bottle to be more similar with only minor variations, but I was pleasantly surprised that each brought their own unique experience. From the simple No. 14, to the enjoyably different Nos. 12 and 13, and then No. 11, which I believe showcases the group. It has that almost ripe fruit like taste and feels soft and silky in the mouth. This is a sake that reminds me why I love this special drink and what sets it apart from other alcoholic beverages. I encourage others to get the whole line, try them, and see how each one is different - maybe even as a blind tasting event. It was an interesting journey that I am glad I tried. Though, if you only can get one, make sure to get this one - Sakari No. 11 is fantastic!”
