“Very subtle and easy-drinking with a nice, smooth mouth feel. I tend to lean more toward warm sake, but this one is very nice and refreshing. I definitely get more of the mineral notes than very much apple, but it's certainly there. Most interesting, probably, is that I notice there is almost a slight "thickness" to this sake; I could physically see it pour just ever so slightly slower than other sakes (almost like a nigori). Overall A very nice cold sake that I assume would be delightful treat on a hot day.”
