“Smooth, lightly sweet, and aromatic. I can see why this sake is so popular. I enjoyed all of the changes in flavor as it warmed from chilled to room temperature. I personally feel like it was best at room temperature. I may buy it again in the future, but I'm trying to experience different brands, styles, and qualities, so it may be a while. I recommend it to people who are new to sake.”
