“First of all, visually this sake is stunning with little gold flakes infused in it...really cool. The taste is super crisp and dry but also soft. A bit sweet with a slight brightness in the aftertaste. Apparently, it's made from underground water from Mt. Fuji and Tamada Nichiki rice.”
