“I received this in the June 2021 box. This is not a sake for a casual/first time drinker. It isn't bad by any means, but the stronger flavors are ones to work up to. There is a bit of a peppery taste in the aftertaste. It's not for everyone, but sake buffs would enjoy it.”

Sakura Muromachi “Bizen Maboroshi” is rich and dry sake. It is really good to drink between room temperature to cold temperature.
“I'd love to give a great review for this for myself, but unfortunately, I can't. It had a good mouth feel, but the aftertaste and lingering flavours were not my "cup of tea." I would recommend for a more refined pallet, as I feel I don't have. It was still a good sake and I'd still recommend it. As it is my opinion, I will not give any real negative comments.”
