“Light and dry just like the tasting notes describe, but overall nothing too impressive. I give it four stars because it's a nice sipping sake for any occasion. Although, I have found many cheaper bottles that are Junmai and impress me much more. I recommend for someone who doesn't want a super rich taste in their sake or someone new to sake. Ordered a second bottle just recently to gift to a friend who wanted to try something new!”

“We had hoped this might be an easier to find alternative to Wandering Poet; we love pairing that one with spicy appetizers. This is just a perfect sushi pairing as well as going really well with spicy foods. Served slightly chilled at about 56 degrees. It has a very bright feel on the palate and an easy finish. Botanical armomas.”
“Very enjoyable! Light and dry, great for summertime! I enjoyed with chilled shrimp cocktail- perfect pairing!
The subtle fruit-pear and floral aroma gave this an elegant flavor and finish!
Will buy this again!”
