“I would give this a solid 4 to 4.5. I would agree it's crisp and clean but doesn't taste overly dry. I would say there is a hint of melon. I drank this cold out of the frig.”
“This bottle was part of my sake club order and it was spot on to my taste. I tried it chilled and on its own. It is a bit more on the sweet side, which I liked, though not overly so, with enough acidity to balance it out. It is a smooth and delicious sake. With so many more different bottles to try, I am not sure this will make my must reorder soon list, but I still really enjoyed it and would recommend it, especially if you like your sake to lean more towards sweet rather than dry.”
