“This wild yeast nama brew is bold! and will pair wonderfully with full flavored meals you throw at it. I enjoyed this sake with steak and lamb, both of which worked perfectly. For me, this sake really shines when matched with a dish, rather than having it by itself.”
“Another unique and fun sake from Amabuki Brewing! Very unique given the strawberry yeast used but not super sweet like one may expect. Good compliment to appetizers and I'd recommended it with a good brie, personally. Lots of floral notes to it and a nice mellow finish. Would recommend and get again.”
