“Another unique and fun sake from Amabuki Brewing! Very unique given the strawberry yeast used but not super sweet like one may expect. Good compliment to appetizers and I'd recommended it with a good brie, personally. Lots of floral notes to it and a nice mellow finish. Would recommend and get again.”

This sake has a strawberry flavor and is sweet and very easy to drink. There are other Homare strawberry sake, so please give them a try. In addition, there are Plum sake and Yuzu sake, and there is also assorted set, so I'm sure you will like it.
