“Interesting. As described this is a sweet sake with some undertones of fruit. The sweetness is right on the line for me. The sweetness is absolutely there but not overpowering for the first glass or two. It does build, however, so I would agree with the recommendation that this is an aperitif or a dessert sake for those that like just a hint of sweet.”
