Definitely unique - sweetness and effervescence not my favorite.

This is one of the best I've ever had. It has the perfect balance of sweetness and character. Goes incredibly well with sushi.

Quite fine, deliciously simple and perfect with dessert in my opinion.

This is my second time having something from Amabuki Brewing Company and product exudes a sense of fine quality and tradition. The sunflower yeast does give the nose a certain something that is intriguing. It is well balanced but on the thicker side (for me at least) with enough umami to keep you smacking your gums relishing the nuanced flavors.

Hi DeanzaZZR, Amabuki “Himawari” has great balance and light & dry sake. We also have Amabuki “Strawberry” and Amabuki “Gin no Kurenai”. If you like this great company of sake, you might also like Born “Gold Muroka” which is rich and dry sake. It also has umami! Kampai!
