“I don't think I will order this again, it wasn't gross but it was too earthy or nutty to me I'm new to sake so my palette isn't so refined yet maybe in the future I can try this again and may like it better, was okay with red meats”

Someone said that it is characteristic, so people separate Likes and dislikes, but I hope you will be like this sake with some meat.
“This sake has a nice nutty note and "funky" that I like, but it was a little flat (sort of one note without much else going on). I think I made a mistake and should have tried it warmed. Instead I tried it chilled and room temp. Next time....”
Sorry to hear you did not enjoy NihonSakari "Junmai", this sake tastes as nutty notes with a dash of herbs and spice flavor. I hope you would enjoy other bottles more!
“Temperature often can have a big impact of flavor. This was tight and sharp right out of the fridge so I let it warm up a bit and what a difference. The flavors open up and it became much smoother on the tongue. Great price point for this tasty Junmai also. Paired well with a spinach salad!”
