“This was surprisingly sweet - almost comparable to an unfiltered Nigori, which I usually enjoy with meals involving soy sauce or as a desert, sipping sake. Certainly not a bad tasting sake, just not what I was expecting. If purchasing again I would pair it with a nice sushi platter or other salted meal.”
