There are some notes here that I really enjoy -- melon, rice, pear. This sake has a slight effervescense too. I think it pairs nicely with cheese or as an aperitif.

It is light and crisp but a bit one note, still a nice summery sake though. :)

Light, fresh and crisp. Everything a sake should be in the summer! We served chilled with sashimi in a masu box and it was a delight from start to finish. I would order two now because it's a favorite to keep in the fridge.
