“This is a really interesting sake. Nothing like sake I tasted before. At first, it has astringent/acidic or almost effervescent feel which is flooded by fruity floral taste. After a few minutes in the glass, the taste mellows and even feels slightly sweet. The initial acidity is reminiscent of sauvignon blanc. I like this sake very much.”
