“The first time I had Nanbu Bijin "Shinpaku" was at Maido in Lima on my birthday. Paired with top-notch ika and unagi sushi, it was divine, with hints of star anise. The second time, from Tippsy, I drank it with shiso/misu/walnut rolls, lotus chips, and a prosciutto/potato/jalapeno soup, and it was just as great every time. Definitely tasted more of the melon and lychee. This one's a keeper.”
