“I just ordered 4 bottles of Azumaichi. It is the perfect brew
to have on hand in the refrigerator just in case family and/or friends drop in. Light and lively but not over-the-top, it appeals to the experienced palate, as well as, the novice. Because of the price and friendly, yet reserved profile, it makes a nice “table wine.” Serve it with dinner slightly chilled. Enjoy it at room temperature. It was lovely crafted as a “locally brewed” pure rich saké. Tippsy Saké has come to mean quality, fair-priced premium saké delivered in a timely manner.
