“I really enjoyed this sake and was not disappointed by the minerality taste profile (I also enjoy white wines that have mineral notes). I served it for a special dinner with Alaskan king crab legs and it did indeed prove a terrific pairing. I have been searching for a less expensive comparable but have not yet found one. Pineapple notes were strong and enjoyable. In sum, a unique sake that drinks very well and I will reorder...but I will save and serve only to those sake drinkers who will appreciate it's distinctiveness as the price tag is a bit of a splurge...but worth it!”
