“Lovely flavor profile with lucious body. Fruity notes and complex sweetness right off the bat with lovely ferment character. Also love that this is 10% abv”

“A great introduction to nigori sake, I had this with a friend who had never had sake before. She mentioned she liked the sweetness and mouthfeel. It is slightly sweeter and less dense overall than most nigori, but it is a fun drink overall.”

“It slightly resembles Kurosawa “Nigori”, but instead of having a crisp refreshing taste, it has a creamy texture with strong profile of banana (with an aftertaste of melon, but that's just me). If you're into creamy sake, this is unique enough to try at least once.”
