“I quite enjoy sipping on this. It's got a mildy sweet aftertaste, like rice pudding and I don't mind the slight burn at the bottom of my throat. Absolutely smooth initially, this would be good on an snowy day outdoors and I want to bring a little warmth to my belly. Very favorable.”
“I really liked this sake. It started with the subtle fragrance of either apple or pear or maybe a bit of both. Enjoyed chilled, it was light, crisp, and had a taste, that while difficult to describe, I found reminiscent of a Granny Smith apple, sweet with a little bit of a tart bite. Simply delicious! As this is a lower priced junmai diaginjo, it is a fantastic entry point to explore this category or a way to enjoy it more frequently. This one is worth trying.”
