Super tasty with a slight bite. Good for spicy food.

I quite enjoy sipping on this. It's got a mildy sweet aftertaste, like rice pudding and I don't mind the slight burn at the bottom of my throat. Absolutely smooth initially, this would be good on an snowy day outdoors and I want to bring a little warmth to my belly. Very favorable.

This is one of my favorites. Reminds me of the Japanese melon flavor. Sweet and dry, but not overly sweet.

Excellent and easily drinkable by itself or with sashimi.

I really liked this sake. It started with the subtle fragrance of either apple or pear or maybe a bit of both. Enjoyed chilled, it was light, crisp, and had a taste, that while difficult to describe, I found reminiscent of a Granny Smith apple, sweet with a little bit of a tart bite. Simply delicious! As this is a lower priced junmai diaginjo, it is a fantastic entry point to explore this category or a way to enjoy it more frequently. This one is worth trying.
