“This sake is just right for my taste. Dry and smooth. I tried it both hot and cold and liked it both ways. It goes well with food and just to sip along while watching TV after work. “This is a pretty complex Sake which I really enjoyed. I got it to drink hot, and found out that it has excellent flavor when drank cold. So I drank the first half warm and then refrigerated the second half for the next day. The warm sake hit the spot with a very strong and dry flavor. It tasted strong which I like, but it was still very smooth. It easily gave me a refreshing buzz and paired excellent with my fish dinner! The next day I drank the sake cold. It was wonderful! It tasted like a completely different sake. It didn't taste strong at all but wonderful and crisp. I didn't pair it with anything, just sipped it out of a wine glass. I highly recommend giving this premium sake a try!”
