“For me, this was a nice yet simple sake. It had a subtle sweetness and was easy to enjoy, but nothing really stood out to me about this bottle. In my opinion, this is more of an everyday sake. After trying the other offerings from Yauemon, I am surprised that the nigori is the one that most impressed me. Also, compared to their junmai diaginjo, I liked this one just a little more.”
