“Given how rich this sake is, I was surprised by how light it tasted and smooth it was on the tongue. The flavour carries a long time past the sip, and does get a bit acidic on the end, but not enough to detract from the main fruity taste. Quite light on the nose as well. All around, a good sake to have with a hearty meal.”

Hekiju is clean and smooth sake, so it must be pair with light foods!
Kubota also has Manju too. It great quality one because of balance. I hope you also love it too.
