“The "SuperDry" name is slightly misleading - the sake is dry, but the (very) yeasty and flowery notes cut the dryness with wonderful aromas. There's a slight funk to it, almost sour, but not overpoweringly so. This is a room-temperature sake for sure - chill pushes the alcohol flavour too high and heat erases the character. It's quite a clear colour for how complex the nose is.”
