“Extremely clean, bright, fresh tasting sake. Very delicate. It did not have the typical semi-sourness I expect from a kimoto or yamahai, but was nonetheless a very nice bottle. I'll deliberately refrain from including any tasting notes because, to me, this sake was almost flavorless aside from tasting like rice. Not to say it was bad by any means, just that it was so refined that I can't think to describe it any way but "pure."”
