“This has become one of my favorite sake! I chose it based on the flavor profile, and it did not disappoint! It's very smooth and sweet, but not overly so! It's so good on it's own, but I also really enjoyed it paired with a poke bowl which had a spicy chili sauce on it that really complimented and brought out the sweetness of the sake!”
