“Prior to this sake I only had one yamahai, which I did not care for much, but the Kariho Namahage has turned me around! Also, look at that beautiful label! I tried this sake chilled, at room temperature, and warmed. For me the best pairing I tried was with pork curry. This sake has a lovely malt flavor when chilled, and more sweetness comes out as you warm the drink. I am excited to try different yamahais because of this sake.”
