“Delicious! Clean and light on the palate, but still full-flavored. Not like water. A nice balance of fruitiness, rice, and a hint of spice. Enjoyed in a wine glass, on its own, though I'm sure it would be delicious with something like "hamachi kama no shio yaki".”

Hatsumago is so clean and sweet sake! It is fruity sake, so it must be pair with some grilled meat or seafoods.
Kikusui is also good pair with seafoods too!
