“Part of my tasting membership set. Enjoyed with sushi and conducted a vessel tasting-traditional sake glass, stem glass and a “joker” glass (plastic cup) to see how the vessel impacted the nose and palate. Recommendation- chilled sake in a chilled Chardonnay glass-wonderful. Will buy again.”

“Absolutely beautiful nose. The palate is light and sweet green apple, but not too sweet. Very enjoyable. Tried it at room temp and cold. For me, the sake opens up better at room temp, both on the nose and palate. But very refreshing cold. Adding to a regular rotation and buying for gifts!”
