“Absolutely beautiful nose. The palate is light and sweet green apple, but not too sweet. Very enjoyable. Tried it at room temp and cold. For me, the sake opens up better at room temp, both on the nose and palate. But very refreshing cold. Adding to a regular rotation and buying for gifts!”
