“I was initially not a fan of the flavor, but it grew on me. I do not recommend having this at room temperature. It is much better chilled. I'm not 100 % sure whether I would buy it again, but I'm glad I had a chance to try it.”
“Interesting junmai ginjo. It’s RPR is 50%, which qualifies it to be a daiginjo, but Saiya Shuzoten chose to market it as a ginjo. So it is more refined than you might expect from the ginjo label. I enjoyed it for sipping while I cook. I will buy it again.”
