Hi Stacey, Thank you so much for your review. Maboroshi “Mystery” is really smooth and unique sake. This sake is Light & Dry sake, so it must be pair with white fish and sellfish.

“One of the first sakes I’ve tried. Light, and crisp, best chilled. A very easy drink to relax with it.”

“This is a fantastic, well-balanced, and layered brew. We had this with yakitori and went very well. We started out drinking this chilled. It got sweeter as it got closer to room temp, and still very enjoyable. Mouthfeel was very soft, true to a Hiroshima style. Very easy to drink. Not very acidic and not terribly aromatic.”
