Surprisingly, I found this one to just be okay. Not particularly smooth and the aftertaste was not to my liking. Perhaps just not my thing.

Unctuous and rich, dry on the palate. Great with big dishes.

Very nice sake! Light floral and fruity notes and very clean.

This sake has a fairly smooth and medium body with a lot of floral notes such as lavender and a moderate umami with a bit of mineral in the finish of the smell and taste.

This is the second time I have ordered this bottle and enjoyed on a sushi night at home. The price is moderate and the taste is smooth, really bringing out the taste of my yellowtail sashimi.

Hi Laura, Thank you so much for your review! This sake's taste like that Violet aroma, plum on palate, so it pair with some sushi or seafoods. There is also UMAMI in this sake!

Rich but not heavy. Unique aromatics. I enjoyed with kinpira renkon. Less fruit essence than I usually like, but I found it complex and interesting.
