“Opens smooth, dry, and light with subtle herbal flavors. The taste changes quickly and evolves as it sits in the glass. First a touch of sweetness, still mild and tasty. but after two hours the flavors get stronger, even drier and the alcohol starts to overtake. The second day it tasted almost like a rice vodka. Most of the aromatics were gone. Had to add an ice cube.
Recommend sipping over one evening with a meal and friends. Good if you like a Honjozo style.”
