“I used this sake to toast our company party. Some of our guests had never seen this sake before, but they said it tasted great and was easy to drink. They were also suprised to learn that sake is made in the US. I think this Momokawa is a very good sake.”

Momokawa “Diamond” Junmai Ginjo is rich and dry sake. If you like this sake, I recommend Sawanotsuru “Jitsuraku” because it is also rich and dry sake, and it has a little bit flavor of biscuit.
“Well balanced, smooth, easy to drink. The description mentions a slight anise scent. For me it's very slight, and doesn't translate into an anise taste (which for me is a good thing).”
