“Surf's up! Originally wanted to try the Kumazawa brewery's "Song of the Sea" but went with this one instead, since I was able to get a bottle just in time for a loved one's birthday. This gem's strong melon-y nose complements the base well. Notes of apple prominent as the bottle empties. ABV is a touch on the higher side but the base isn't terribly thick, so it won't knock you over. Great pick if you're looking for something palette-enriching and flavorful in the "Rich & Dry" department. Even better if you're a seasoned sake aficionado.”
