The 48" Economy Root Grapple Rake Attachment features an extra-wide rake opening style grapple with long tines for digging and ripping roots out of the soil. This clamshell, root grapple rake design is compatible with John Deere loaders featuring a hook and pin connection. Included with the implement is a single 3,000 PSI cylinder, which guarantees heavy-lifting power. We have included greaseable pins, bushings, hoses, and couplers for your convenience. With its clamshell design, the Root Grapple Rake is an excellent and efficient landscaping tool for ripping up roots and lifting loose debris.

“Debated getting a bucket or rake. Definitely made the right choice. The rake grapple opens wider. You can lay it over and pick up material like it's a clam bucket or float it along the ground gathering up branches. Also picks up irregular shaped objects like stumps.”

“I lam very happy with the 48 inch grapple ! I have it on a John Deere 3046R and a John Deere 4310 . The weight of the grapple is what I was looking for not to heavy for my tractors but strong enough to do the work. Best one I have found!”

“Be nice to have options for different size couplers I spent 2 grand on this and had to spend another 100 bucks for hoses to work with my 1025r. Also the welds look like something from ag shop class. Wasn’t impressed at all. As far as how it works. So far so good.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There was a small problem with my order and after more than 10 days of them saying they were reviewing the problem they responded that they would do nothing to help me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!”

“Unit is built very good has lots of power very satisfied. Delivery was excellent although it's good that I had a forklift to remove from the truck but the hydraulic hose was a couple of feet too long.. I have a 3046 John Deere loader. I had one very similar in the past, and you would be amazed on what you can pick up with it even piles of dead grass that you would think would go right through it, but it squeezes it. The tool is a back saver and saves enormous amount of time highly recommended.”
